Vaccination Schedule

Birth -Hepatitis B Vaccine (1 vaccine)

 

2 months -Hepatitis B, DTaP (diphtheria, tetanus, acellular pertussis), IPV (inactivated polio), PCV13 (pneumococcal), HIB (haemophilus influenza type B), and Rotavirus vaccines ( 3 vaccines and 1 oral vaccine)

 

4 months -DTaP, IPV, PCV13, HIB, and Rotavirus vaccines (2 vaccines and 1 oral vaccine)

 

6 months -Hepatitis B, DTaP, IPV, PCV13, HIB, and Rotavirus vaccines (3 vaccines and 1 oral vaccine); Additionally, the influenza vaccine is recommended to start at this age.

 

12 months -MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), Varicella (chicken pox), PCV13, and Hepatitis A vaccine (4 vaccines)

 

15 months -DTaP and HIB (2 vaccines)

 

18 months -Hepatitis A vaccine (1 vaccine)

 

4 years old -MMR, Varicella, DTaP, and IPV ( 4 vaccines)

 

11 years old -Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis), MCV (meningococcal conjugate vaccine) (2 vaccines); Additionally, the HPV (human papilloma virus) is recommended to start at this age.
